Course: Personal Empowerment in the Face of Burnout

This online course is for any person suffering from on-the-job burnout. In a small-group setting, we meet once per week to develop sustainable, empowering strategies for taking control of your life on the job. This course provides a collaborative, supportive group to work through problems, learn self-advocacy skills, and breathe life back into your job.


If you have a group of 6-12, the course can be converted into a retreat for intense, focused, and rapid results. All retreats automatically include three follow-up coaching seminars ensure long-term change.
